Creating history, not just preserving it.
Historic Waynesborough is a house museum in Paoli, Pennsylvania, owned by Easttown Township, administered by the Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks, and supported by many longtime guides and volunteers.
Our Mission: To promote the historical importance of Major General Anthony Wayne. To preserve, display and interpret “Waynesborough,” his ancestral home, its collections and property representing seven generations of the Wayne family. To provide events for the education and enjoyment of many generations of visitors.
